Article 5 Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2015

In Part 4 (Service of documents), in rule 4.11(2)(d) (Date of service) after “2.30pm that day”, in each place it occurs, insert “(4.30pm that day, in an extradition appeal case in the High Court)”.
