# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2017, Article 6: Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2015


In Part 12 (Discontinuing a prosecution), in the note to rule 12.1 (When this Part applies), in sub-paragraph (a) of the fourth paragraph for “has been served under rule 10.1” substitute “becomes an indictment under rule 10.2(5)”.
