# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012, Rule 16: Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2012


In the preamble to The Criminal Procedure Rules 2012, in sub-paragraph (b)—
(a) in the first column, headed ‘Rule’, after the entry for rule 34.4 insert ‘37.10’; and
(b) in the second column, headed ‘Power’, in the corresponding position insert ‘Section 174(4) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003’.
