In the preamble to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2014, in sub-paragraph (b)—

(a)

in the first column, headed ‘Rule’, in the first entry, for ‘4.7’ substitute ‘4.11’; and

(b)

in the second column, headed ‘Power’, in the corresponding position, for ‘Section 12(1)’ substitute ‘Section 12(1), (3)’.
