Article 7 Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2014

for paragraph (4)(b) substitute—

“(b)

identify each ground of opposition on which the respondent relies and the ground of appeal to which each such ground of opposition relates;”; and

in paragraph (4)(d), for ‘appellant’ substitute ‘respondent’.
