(a)
in rule 42.6 (Hearing by single judge), for “36.6(5)” substitute “36.6(6)”; and
(b)
in rule 42.10 (Appeal to the Supreme Court), in paragraph (3) for “36.6(5)” substitute “36.6(6)”.
