In Part 7 (Starting a prosecution in a magistrates’ court), in rule 7.2 (Application for summons, etc.)—

(a)

omit paragraph (5)(a); and

(b)

renumber paragraph (5)(b) and (c) as (5)(a) and (b) respectively.
