# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2019, Article 8: Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules


In Part 34 (Appeal to the Crown Court), in rule 34.7 (Preparation for appeal) for “14 days”, in each place it occurs, substitute “21 days”.
