Article 15 Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules

In Part 29 (Road traffic penalties), in the note to rule 29.3 (Information to be supplied on order for endorsement of driving record, etc.)—

(a)

in the second paragraph, for “sections 146(4) and 147(5) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000^f1” substitute “section 168 of the Sentencing Act 2020^f2”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c) of the third paragraph, for “under the 2000 Act, see sections 146 and 147 of that Act” substitute “under the 2020 Act, see sections 163 and 164 of that Act”.
