  "text": "These Rules come into force on 8th February 2021, save for the following which come into force on 5th April 2021—\n(a) rule 6(a) and (b);\n(b) rule 9(a) to (h), (k), (l) and (m)(ii);\n(c) rule 10;\n(d) rule 17(c)(i);\n(e) rule 20;\n(f) rule 21;\n(g) rule 22;\n(h) rule 23(b) and (c);\n(i) rule 24;\n(j) rule 25; and\n(k) rule 30(b).",
