  "text": "In Part 44 (Reopening a case in a magistrates’ court), in rule 44.3 (Setting aside a conviction or varying a costs, etc. order)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (1)(a) omit “or”;\n(b) at the end of paragraph (1)(b) insert “or”; and\n(c) after paragraph (1)(b) insert—\n“(c) substitute an order for a purported order that the court had no power to make.”.",
