  "text": "In section 245A (restriction of liberty orders), in subsection (6)—\n(a) after “shall” insert\n“— ”,\n(a)\n(b) for the words from “information” in the first place where it first occurs to “to” in the second place where it second occurs substitute\n“a report by an officer of a local authority about—\n(i) the place or places proposed to be specified; and”, and\n(ii)\n(c) at the end insert\n“; and\n(b) if it considers it necessary, hear the officer who prepared the report.”",
