  "text": "(1) This rule applies where the authority that certified the warrant gives the court officer notice that the warrant has been withdrawn—\n(a) after the start of the hearing under rule 50.5; and\n(b) before the court orders the defendant’s extradition or discharge.\n(2) The court must exercise its power to discharge the defendant.\n[Note.
