# Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, Paragraph 2C


Any offence under section 1, 9, 10, 11 or 12 of the Protection of Children and Prevention of Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2005 in respect of a child under the age of 17 years.
