  "text": "(1) The Commission, in exercising their functions, must have regard to any plan approved and published under section 2C.\n(2) The Land Court may have regard to any such plan when considering an appeal against—\n(a) any decision, determination or direction of; or\n(b) the imposition of a condition by,\nthe Commission on an application made to them under this Act.",
