  "text": "(1) Any power conferred by this Act on the Scottish Ministers to make regulations or orders is exercisable by statutory instrument.\n(2) Subject to subsection (3), a statutory instrument containing such regulations or such an order is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\n(3) No statutory instrument containing—\n(a) an order under—\n(i) section 2A(1);\n(ii) section 5B(6);\n(iii) section 19C(8);\n(iv) paragraph 3(6) of schedule 1;\n(b) regulations under paragraph 7(1) of schedule 1,\nmay be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.",
