  "text": "(1) The transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 6 to this Act shall have effect.\n(2) The enactments—\n(a) specified in Part I of Schedule 7 to this Act so far as they apply in the crofting counties;\n(b) specified in Part II of that Schedule,\nare hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.",
