# The Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007, Article 2: Appointed day for certain provisions


28th January 2008 is appointed as the day for coming into force of all provisions of the Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007 insofar as they are not already in force.
