  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007.\n(2) This Act binds the Crown.\n(3) The provisions of this Act, except this section and sections 38, 40 and 41, come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.\n(4) Different days may be so appointed for different provisions and for different purposes.",
