Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cromarty Firth Port Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st October 2003.

(2)

The Cromarty Firth Port Authority Orders 1973 to 1997^f1 and this Order may be cited together as the Cromarty Firth Port Authority Orders 1973 to 2003.
