# The Cromarty Firth Port Authority (Constitution) Revision Order 2003, Article 13: Repeals and revocations


On the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which include spent enactments) shall be repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
