  "text": "(1) The Equality Act 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 118(1) (time limits) , for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.\n(3) In section 123(1) (time limits) , for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.\n(4) In section 129(3) (time limits) , for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.\n(5) Omit section 140A (extension of time limits because of mediation in certain cross-border disputes) .\n(6) In section 140B(1) (extension of time limits to facilitate conciliation before institution of proceedings) , omit from “But it does not apply” to the end.",
