# The Cross-border Railway Services (Working Time) Regulations 2008, Regulation 10: Enforcement

Extent: E+W+S

(1) It is the duty of the Office of Rail and Road to make adequate arrangements for the enforcement of regulations 8(3) and 9.
(2) The provisions of Schedule 2 apply in relation to the enforcement of regulations 8(3) and 9.
