# The Cross-border Railway Services (Working Time) Regulations 2008, Regulation 15: Prosecutions by inspectors

Extent: E+W+S

(1) An inspector, although not of counsel or a solicitor, may prosecute before a magistrate's court proceedings for an offence under these Regulations if authorised in that behalf by the Office of Rail and Road.
(2) This regulation does not apply to Scotland.
