# The Cross-border Railway Services (Working Time) Regulations 2008, Regulation 6: Breaks for other workers


(1) A cross-border worker who is not a driver and whose scheduled daily working time is more than six hours is entitled to a break.
(2) The minimum length of the scheduled break must be 30 minutes.
