Laid before Parliament 7th August 1985
Coming into Operation 29th August 1985
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under paragraph 54(1) and (2) of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
