  "text": "In the London Borough of Newham–\nWork No. 1/5– A railway (2,752 metres in length) commencing by a junction with Works Nos. 1/4A and 1/4B at their termination, continuing eastwards and through the existing Connaught Tunnel and terminating at a point 50 metres south-east of the junction of Winifred Street with Albert Road. Work No. 1/5 includes a station at Custom House (being a reconfiguration of the existing North London Line Custom House Station) and alteration of the Connaught Tunnel comprising lowering of the track base within the tunnel;",
