# Crossrail Act 2008, Paragraph 46


In section 35(3)(d) of TCGA 1992 (no gain no loss disposals), after sub-paragraph (xvii) insert—
“(xviii) paragraph 11 or 22 of Schedule 13 to the Crossrail Act 2008.”
