  "text": "(1) Regulations under paragraph 30 or 34 may make different provision for different cases.\n(2) The power to make regulations under paragraph 30 or 34 shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
