  "text": "Where the Secretary of State gives a notice under this Schedule he shall—\n(a) in the case of a notice relating to development in the area of a unitary authority, give a copy of the notice to the local planning authority;\n(b) in the case of a notice relating to development not in the area of a unitary authority, give a copy of the notice to the district planning authority.",
