  "text": "Any person who, without reasonable excuse—\n(a) obstructs any person acting under the authority of the undertaker in carrying out any authorised work; or\n(b) interferes with, moves or removes any apparatus belonging to any person acting under the authority of the undertaker,\nis guilty of any offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.",
