  "heading": "Suspension of private rights of way",
  "text": "(1) All private rights of way over land of which the undertaker takes temporary possession under this Order are suspended and unenforceable for as long as the undertaker remains in lawful possession of the land.\n(2) Any person who suffers loss by the suspension of any private right of way under this article is entitled to compensation to be determined, in case of dispute, under Part 1 of the 1961 Act.\n(3) Nothing in this article affects the operation of provisions in the agreement and deed of grant referred to in article 14 (modification of provisions in agreement and deed of grant relating to Canal Way).",
