  "text": "In this Order-\n“the Act” means the Crossrail Act 2008;\n“CLRL” means Cross London Rail Links Limited\n“CLRL works” means the following works as set out in Schedule 1 to the Act:\n(a) such part of the works comprised within Works Nos 1/3A, 1/3B, 1/14A, 1/14B, 1/14C, 1/14D, 1/14E as are indicated in blue on the drawings marked:\n(i) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 1;\n(ii) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 2;\n(iii) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 3;\n(iv) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 4;\n(v) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 5; and\n(vi) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 6\nsigned by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport dated 23rd July 2008 and deposited at the Department for Transport, Records Policy and Review Unit, F13, Ashdown House, Sedlescombe Road North, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN37 7GA and\n(b) all other works not included in the LUL works and authorised to be constructed by section 1 of Act;\n“LUL” means London Underground Limited;\n“LUL works” means the following works as set out in Schedule 1 to the Act:\n(a) such part of the works comprised within Works Nos 1/3A, 1/3B, 1/14A, 1/14B, 1/14C, 1/14D, 1/14E as are indicated in yellow on the drawings marked:\n(i) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 1;\n(ii) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 2;\n(iii) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 3;\n(iv) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 4;\n(v) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 5; and\n(vi) The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008 LUL works drawing no 6\nsigned by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport dated 23rd July 2008 and deposited at the Department for Transport, Records Policy and Review Unit, F13, Ashdown House, Sedlescombe Road North, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN37 7GA; and\n(b) Works Nos. 1/16, 1/17, 1/18A and 1/18B.",
