# The Crossrail (Nomination) Order 2008, Article 4: Appointment of nominated undertakers


LUL shall be the nominated undertaker for:
(a) all purposes of section 1 of the Act in relation to the LUL works; and
(b) the purposes of any other provision of the Act so far as connected with or in any way related to those works.
