  "text": "Section 20 shall apply to the Board as it applies to the Crown Agents, but—\n(a) as if in subsection (2) the reference to section 18 were a reference to the provisions applied by paragraph 15(2) of this Schedule; and\n(b) with the omission of—\n(i) subsections (4), (7)(b) and (8);\n(ii) the references to subsection (4) in subsections (3), (6) and (7); and\n(iii) in subsection (5), the words from “or (4)\" onwards.",
