# Crown Agents Act 1979, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Board may authorise any person to perform on behalf of the Board any of the Board’s functions, other than a function in respect of which the Secretary of State has instructed the Board that no such authorisation is to be given.
