  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Crown Agents (Additional Powers) Order 1990 and shall come into force forthwith.\n(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires–\n“the Act” means the Crown Agents Act 1979;\n“the Crown Agents” means the body corporate established by the Act;\n“person” means any person (including any body of persons corporate or unincor-porate) other than a scheduled authority or body.",
