# The Crown Agents (Additional Powers) Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


CROWN AGENTS FOR OVERSEA GOVERNMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIONS
Made 12th November 1990
Coming into force 12th November 1990
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5(5) and 5(6) of the Crown Agents Act 1979 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
