# The Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (Dissolution) Order 2009, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force in accordance with Article 1
The Secretary of State for International Development makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 5 to the Crown Agents Act 1979 and now vested in him.
The Secretary of State is satisfied that the requirements of the provisions cited in paragraphs 24(2)(a) and (b) of Schedule 5 to that Act have been complied with.
