  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves the Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (the Board).\nParagraph 24(2) of Schedule 5 to the Crown Agents Act 1979 provides that any liabilities that have been incurred by the Board on or after the 31 March 2008 (the prescribed day by virtue of the Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (Prescribed Day) Order 2008, S.I. 2008/921) shall become liabilities of the Secretary of State.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
