  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Crown Court Rules 1982 to take account of section 67B of the Licensing Act 1964 which confers a right of appeal to the Crown Court against a decision of licensing justices or a magistrates' court to grant a restriction order under section 67A of that Act (which restricts the afternoon permitted hours in licensed premises or a registered club) or as to the terms of such an order. (Section 67B has similar application in relation to licensed canteens by virtue of section 156A of the 1964 Act.)",
