Article 3 Hearing in chambers
In rule 27(2) of the Crown Court Rules 1982, after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(dd)hearing an application under section 41(2) of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999;”.
