# The Crown Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Crown Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024 and come into force on 2nd December 2024.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
