  "long_title": "These Rules prescribe a new form for use in cases where persons are sentenced by way of section 35 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 or sections 37 and 36B of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 to a curfew order with an electronic monitoring requirement or, alternatively, under section 41 of and paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to that Act, to a community rehabilitation order with curfew and monitoring requirements. Pages 1 and 2 of the new form are to be served on the person subject to the order and pages 1, 2 and 3 are to be served on those responsible for electronically monitoring compliance with it and, where appropriate, the supervising probation service or the Youth Offending Team.",
