# The Crown Court (Amendment) Rules 1988, Paragraph 8


For sub-paragraph (d) of Rule 11(2) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:—
“(d) in any case, to any other party to the appeal and to any other person to whom notice of appeal was required to be given by Rule 7(2)(d).”.
