Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Crown Court (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into force on 12th November 1999.

In these Rules a rule referred to by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Crown Court Rules 1982^f1.
