# The Crown Court (Amendment) Rules 2001, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Crown Court (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 19th February 2001.
(2) In these Rules, “the 1982 rules” means the Crown Court Rules 1982.
