We, the Crown Court Rule Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred upon us by sections 84(1) and 86 of the Supreme Court Act 1981^f1 and sections 351(2), 362(2), 369(2) and 375(1) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002^f2, hereby make the following Rules:
