# The Crown Court (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 5: Amendments to the Crown Court Rules 1982


In Rule 8(f), after “Proceeds of Crime Act 2002”, insert “(“POCA”)” and for “that Act”, substitute “POCA” in both places where it occurs.
