Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Crown Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2003 and, subject to paragraph (2) shall come into operation on 24th March 2003.

Rule 3(d) shall come into operation on the same day as section 156 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 comes into force.
